We have created for you a special four-day long tour of the unbelievable trip over scenic northern parts of Montenegro.

You will drive through Durmitor National Park, which is listed as a UNESCO natural heritage, you will see crystal clear mountain lakes, one of the deepest canyons of the world, and the famous arch Djurdjevica bridge over Tara River. You will enjoy passes on the highest elevated roads of Montenegro. You will be a guest of the cosmic landscapes of Windmill Park, visit untouched corners of nature, and of course, taste real Montenegrin cuisine.

In the description, we only cover the places you can visit in the north of Montenegro. The route depends a lot on your skills, preferences, and driving pace. We share recommendations about places that should not be missed. But whether to explore Montenegro only for a couple of days or a week, or even more, is up to you. That’s why we decided to avoid rigid day-by-day itineraries.

Montenegro’s north roads will take you on a journey through the varied landscape, culture, and nature of this small, lovable country. On the wild and romantic mountains of the north, there is a lot to discover.

Don’t miss your chance to ride one of the best tours you can have on Balkan. Very few tourist places, lots of good secondary roads with fantastic serpentines, and a variety of local food, drinks, and cultures.

Let’s not lose time – we will drive up from Budva to Pluzine straight to the North, probably the most beautiful points of Montenegro. We will continue our journey via Piva Lake’s rocky coast up to the border of Bosnia and Hercegovina, where Tara and Piva rivers get together to create the Drina River. We will visit one of the biggest dams in Europe – Mratinje. By hidden roads, we will get to Nationa Park Durmitor from its undiscovered northern side. We will approach Zhabljak and full of impressions and emotions and will have a rest well surrounded by pine trees or have a walt to the Black Lake.

Full of power we will continue to discover National Park Durmitor and will drive the famous road via Sedlo Pass, Prutas Mount, and Trsa village. Hurricanes of landscapes will swirl around us: lakes, canyons, peaks. Next stop on the stunning and unique bridge Djurdjevic over Tara River with ZIP lines.

Next you will follow a scenic route and see hidden treasure – meanders of the Chehotina River. Keep driving over enjoyable routes to Moraca River and more to Beogradska Gora National Park with relict forest.
Then we will make a final roll to the east, and along the border with Kosovo and Albania we will get back to southern areas of Montenegro, We will do it via Plav Lake and another National Park on our way – Prokletje.

After breakfast with boosted power will make a few circles around the beautiful and highest peaks of Montenegro. As final we will have way down via the deepest canyons to our base point in Budva
