We are constantly asked about off-road routes in Montenegro.
I would like to note right away that in Montenegro, even country roads are often paved. The soil is rocky, and even asphalt laid long ago holds firmly and does not deteriorate for many years. We constantly encounter situations where an off-road road becomes paved overnight.
The roads that are not covered with asphalt are usually difficult to access, have significant elevation changes and are covered with stones. They often run along cliffs and dangerous areas.
This makes off-roading in Montenegro an extremely dangerous activity. There are practically no areas with soft ground where you can ride a motorbike relatively safely.
Therefore, without knowing the skill level, I do not share off-road routes either on the website or upon request. I am not prepared to take responsibility for the lives and health of riders, especially when I give them a route that does not match their level of training.
However, since we ourselves are big fans of off-road riding, we would like to offer a solution to this recurring request.
We are announcing our off-road guided tours. We have already conducted several tests for private groups, tested the technology, and are ready to offer it to a wider range of riders.
